Reclaimed Pine Collection

This is a collection of made-to-measure pieces from reclaimed scaffold boards; a coffee table and TV unit with steel hairpin legs and a shelf for the room too.
With my bespoke work I like to challenge myself, working reclaimed boards with hand planes went surprisingly well once the odd nail was removed and left a beautiful finish.
It was crucial that I got the finish right on these pieces so I experimented and consulted with my client; we wanted to find an earthy brown to offset the light furniture in her space and I happily achieved that.
It’s always worth spending extra effort to get it right the first time.
