The Alcove Desk

The Alcove desk is a simple concept and can be customised to fit into almost any space, if you’ve been struggling to find the perfect desk for your space then feel free to get in touch through my contact page.

It’s made from solid European oak boards on a pine substructure through which it’s secured to the wall.
This maximises strength, weight and material costs.
It is finished with oil as this brings out the natural beauty in the solid oak top.
For this first example of ‘The Alcove Desk’ I took measurements from the client’s space to ensure a perfect fit (measurements can be sent remotely of course) and extended the desk out and across to hug the chimney breast and make it belong in that space.
