Live Edge Console Table

This is my second live edge piece of furniture.
The design brief for this table was to keep things sleek and simple with the only definite requirement being the slab top.
I spent a long time finding the right slab for this piece but it was worth the effort because it is a beautiful piece of oak that fits the dimensions of the table, and more importantly my clients hallway, perfectly.
I added only subtle details to the leg assembly so as not to take focus away from the table top, such as a gentle taper on the legs and a small space to lift the top from the legs.
