This commission piece straddles the line between free standing and built-in furniture because it is made to fit in a very specific space, a nook, under this client’s stairs. 

It’s made from solid European oak with smooth curves on three of the table’s corners, which invites easily sitting at it despite the confined space that it occupies. I didn’t get a picture of it in situ unfortunately, but I’m assured it fits perfectly.
